The Bay Area Housing for All regional bond will unlock $10 – 20 billion dollars to build and preserve more than 72,000 affordable homes across 9 Bay Area counties, meeting the urgency and scale of our housing crisis. Dual enrollment, also known as concurrent enrollment, allows students to take college classes while still in high school. This can expand the course offerings available to high school students (from vocational pathways to advanced classes), increase postsecondary enrollment, and decrease the time and cost of postsecondary certificates and degrees.
