Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Philanthropic Director to join our team and lead our West Coast fundraising efforts. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of donors, enhancing MVP's presence, and leading donor-organizing efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising across various non-profit and political entities, including c3, c4, and PAC, and will possess excellent management, organizing, and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Program Officer of Immigrant Rights and Inclusion, the Program Officer (PO) for Economic Justice plays a critical role within the Foundation’s small, hard-working, results-oriented team. This position advances the Foundation’s goals in economic justice, by researching potential grantees, assessing alignment and preparing written and oral recommendations on grant proposals to the CEO and Board of Directors.  The PO will possess strong analytical and presentation skills to inform relevant parties on key demographic and economic justice issues

The Advisor, Philanthropic Services, is a core member of the Philanthropic Services team and the broader Partnership Services Department at Tides. The Advisor manages a portfolio of partner relationships with diverse needs, interests, and values. This position will primarily support individuals and organizational partners.

The Advisor provides service to a portfolio of partners and is adept at managing partner relationships. In addition, the Advisor assists departmental leadership on cross-functional teams and organizational projects as needed. The Advisor is a strong internal voice for partners to support them in navigating Tides Systems.
