Announcing Jaime Kemmer Woods as NCG's First-Ever Director of Strategy and Partnerships

NCG is excited to share the Office of the CEO is growing! Jaime Kemmer Woods (she/her) has joined NCG as the first-ever Director of Strategy and Partnerships. Jaime brings more than 15 years of experience in social impact work having held various roles from direct service and grantmaking to development. 

Jaime joins the Office of the CEO working in close partnership with Dwayne S. Marsh, cultivating relationships, driving strategic support, and mobilizing resources.

Jaime's passion for social justice and connecting with others has shaped her career. Most recently, Jaime served as the Director of Philanthropy at YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley, where she was responsible for developing resources to amplify YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women. Jaime also served at the Grove Foundation for six years where she managed the youth development and career training portfolios. Jaime began her career locally as an AmeriCorps member in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving youth and families impacted by incarceration. It was that experience that ignited her commitment to creating more equitable and just communities. 

When Jaime isn't busy as a mother of two little humans, she's getting to know her new home in the Sacramento area, spending time with her family, going to the farmer's market and exploring nature whenever possible.
