The Advisor, Philanthropic Services, is a core member of the Philanthropic Services team and the broader Partnership Services Department at Tides. This team provides integrated services for individual, family, foundation, and social change leader partners to support grantmaking, impact investing, advocacy, donor collaboration, and strategic advisory solutions. The Advisor manages a portfolio of partner relationships with diverse needs, interests, and values. This position will primarily support individuals and organizational partners.

The Advisor provides service to a portfolio of partners and is adept at managing partner relationships. In addition, the Advisor assists departmental leadership on cross-functional teams and organizational projects as needed. The Advisor is a strong internal voice for partners to support them in navigating Tides Systems.  

The Legal Counsel is a member of a dynamic Legal, Risk and Compliance (LRC) Team that supports a diverse array of legal matters for Tides and its employees, partners, reputation, and assets. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Legal (Legal Director), this role will manage, advise on, and create or improve processes primarily related to Tides Center and Tides Foundation, including supporting Tides’ compliance program. Legal Counsel will support three other Tides entities as needed: Tides Network, Tides Inc., and Tides Two Rivers Fund.
