NCG requires that every person attending or participating in events be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variants. All attendees must be optimally vaccinated with the initial booster recommended by the FDA and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

- Captioning will be provided in the main auditorium.
- The building is accessible by wheelchair, including all meeting spaces. Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available on all floors. The auditoriums all feature movable chairs and can accommodate wheelchairs.
- The building can support additional hearing assistance w/ Hearing Loop technology. If you are interested in reserving this device, please get in touch with the NCG team using the email above.
- Signage in the building includes Braille descriptions.
