As the Membership Engagement Coordinator, Molly is the go-to person for membership questions, guidance, and technical assistance. They are excited to improve internal and external systems and ensure members are guided effectively through the transformative and collaborative philanthropic partnership that NCG provides.

Molly has a BA and MA from San Francisco State University in U.S. History, with an emphasis on racial, gender, and sexuality ideas and movements in the 20th century. This understanding of historical injustice and current systemic inequity fuels their determination to work toward a better future for marginalized communities.

They have held positions at a mix of nonprofits on both sides of grants, including the Koret Foundation, Contemporary Jewish Museum, Open Door Legal, and most recently Women’s Audio Mission. They are an award-winning grantwriter and are passionate about grantmakers easing the burden on their grantees through trust-based philanthropy.

In their personal life, you can find them at pop and darkwave concerts, drag shows, and other queer spaces. 99% of the time, they have a book or comic in their backpack and 100% of the time, they will gladly show you a picture of their cat, Onyx October Boulet Woodbury-Reta.
