Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is a social impact leader who is interested in utilizing business to create a more just and sustainable world. She is the Global Director of Social Impact & Inclusion for Cadence Design Systems, ensuring Cadence’s spot on the Top 10 Fortune Great Place to Work list for its tenth consecutive year. Nicole has brought her knowledge as a Teach for America teacher, director of non-profit organizations, and leading other global social impact and sustainability teams to build Cadence’s social impact programs in a meaningful way. Nicole holds a teaching credential from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Mills College.
