Grant Writing Regional Training for Sacramento, CA

Join us for an in-person grant writing training that brings together community-based organizations, nonprofits, and Tribes in and around Sacramento to learn about pursuing grant funds to support your organization’s vision and values. An emphasis will be building organizational capacity to address climate resilience initiatives. 

Registration, coffee, and networking at 8:30 a.m., program starts at 9 a.m.

Agenda

Our day-long agenda includes:

  • Grant writing training – how to pursue grant resources to support your organization’s programs and vision
  • Networking and discussion with other local organizations attending
  • How grants training supports climate and disaster resilience work, locally and statewide
  • Lunch and refreshments provided

Who Should Attend?

Grant writers of small to mid-size community-based organizations, nonprofits, and Tribes who work in and around Sacramento and surrounding areas. Also welcomed are development, planning, and program staff who want to learn about building grants capacity in your organization.

Training presented in English, with English-Spanish bilingual slides and materials. Live interpretation via headset in Spanish. Need interpretation in another language? Please request it when you register.
