NCG has three financial workshops in our series:
April 23: Financial Workshop South Bay Series Part I | Understanding the Full Cost of Programming
In this workshop funders will gain an understanding of how the full costs of program delivery are calculated and the importance of funding full costs from a grantmaking perspective.
May 7: Financial Workshop South Bay Series Part II | So What If You Don’t Have an Audit?
In this workshop funders will gain an understanding of how to assess a nonprofit organization’s financial health when no audited financial statements are available.
June 12: Financial Workshop South Bay Series Part III | Strategic Management: Thinking Like a Finance Person
In this final finance workshop in the series, funders will gain an understanding of how to engage in a dialogue with grantees to identify their capacity for fiscal strategy around complex issues.
All three of our workshops will be hosted in Menlo Park by NCG member The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
