This is a time of great change. Most of us are working extra hard these days, making sure our strategies and plans are still on track, recalibrating as necessary, and making plans to sustain ourselves and our impact over the long term.

By all accounts, it was a very good year. We have built a strategy around three key areas of focus that are deeply relevant to the issues we are now confronting. We have significant new capacity and assets to bring to bear. And we enjoy the goodwill and strong support of a rich and vibrant member community.
NCG is coming into our strength at a critical moment in time. We are well-positioned to be responsive and aligned to rise to the challenges we are facing.
