Budget California: The News is Not So Sunny

Last year around this time NCG toyed with the idea of canceling its annual programs on the California state budget for lack of interest. What a difference a year makes. The governor’s proposed budget now faces a $1.6 billion deficit—and that doesn’t even take into account the proposed repeal of the Affordable Care Act.
