Membership Applications
Applying for membership is easy!
Step 1: Select the application you are eligible for below.
Step 2: Submit the application online.
Step 3: Once your application is approved, you will hear from us to begin your membership! You will then receive an invoice for membership dues.
For institutional or individual grantmakers: private independent foundations, family foundations, public foundations, corporate foundations, corporate giving programs, operating foundations, giving circles, community foundations (location or population focused), individual grantmakers/donor-advised fund holders, or 501(c)(4)s
Nonprofits serving to strengthen the nonprofit and/or philanthropic sector, academic institutions that provide research and services to strengthen the nonprofit and/or philanthropic sector, consulting companies offering services to foundations, donors, and/or the philanthropic sector.
For government grantmaking entities (cities, counties, or state), by department.
