Since 2014, Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) has been talking to grantmakers across the country about the culture of their organizations and the ways in which it either helps or hinders their progress.
She will facilitate a conversation about how to initiate a conversation about culture and culture change in your own organization and hear some initial findings from GEO’s new work on culture.
GEO is a diverse community of 500 grantmakers working to reshape the way philanthropy operates. Understanding that grantmakers are successful only to the extent that their grantees achieve meaningful results, GEO promotes strategies and practices that contribute to grantee success.
This program is open to all NCG members. Attendees should be interested in initiating a conversation about culture in their own organizations.
