Join the Bay Area Health Funders Group for our next meeting!

Connect and network with like-minded individuals around critical health issues that impact the Bay Area. This month we will be hosting a presentation and discussion on the Community Health Needs Assessment toolkit. Speakers will lead a discussion on how their organization is engaged with this free web-based platform designed to assist health organizations access and understand the needs and assets of the communities they serve. We will discuss how collaboration can help make measurable improvements in community health and well-being. We will also spend some time discussing potential topics for our peer learning programs for the remainder of the year.
